For appointment-based practices
All-in-one platforms send your reminders from shared infrastructure, under their domain, mixed with thousands of other businesses. We send them from your domain, properly authenticated — and show you what actually landed. $179/month.

01 / What we measured
We checked the public DNS records of 2,482 dental practices across 43 US cities. Nearly nine in ten have no enforced DMARC policy — meaning mailbox providers have no instruction on what to do with mail claiming to be from them, and anyone can send in their name.

what it takes us to tell you where your own domain stands
This is public information — anyone can look it up for your practice, and so can we. Ask us in the form below and we will send you your own result, free, whether or not you ever become a customer.
02 / Why it happens
When one platform sends on behalf of tens of thousands of businesses, it cannot align every message with every customer's own domain. So your reminder technically comes from them, not from you — and mailbox providers treat it accordingly. Your vendor is not doing anything wrong; the architecture simply cannot give you what you need.
Shared reputation
You inherit the sending behaviour of every other business on the same infrastructure — including the careless ones.
Not really you
The message says your practice name but is not authenticated as your domain. That gap is exactly what filters look for.
No feedback
“Sent” is reported. Delivered, filtered or rejected is not. A no-show costs far more than the reminder ever did.
03 / How it works
01
Your domain, set up right
SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured properly for your practice. Three DNS records — we give you the exact lines, or talk your web person through it.
02
Reminders sent as you
The same reminders, now authenticated as your own domain and sent on infrastructure you are not sharing with strangers.
03
Proof, not “sent”
Delivered, opened, bounced, filtered — per reminder. If something stops landing, you hear it from us first.
04 / Pricing
You keep your current software. We fix the delivery.

05 / Get access
Leave your details and we will send you what your own DNS records say — free, no obligation, whether or not you sign up. If your domain is already configured correctly, we will tell you that too and you can ignore us.
We never ask for card details on this page.
06 / Questions
Do I have to leave my current system?
No. Keep your scheduling and your software. We take over one job — getting the reminder into the inbox — and sit alongside the rest.
Is this something my web person could do?
The DNS part, yes — and if you have someone who will do it properly, you should let them. What they usually will not do is watch it every week and tell you when it breaks.
Will this stop every no-show?
No. People forget for all sorts of reasons. This only fixes the ones caused by a reminder that never arrived — and tells you how many those were.
What if my domain is already fine?
Then we will say so and you owe us nothing. About one practice in eight is already correctly set up — we would rather tell you than sell you.
